January kicked off with incredible momentum as the Executive Board worked tirelessly over winter break to prepare for a successful winter rush. Thanks to the dedication of Sam Stein, we proudly welcomed six new brothers into our fraternity.

“Iota Class 2024”

While managing and executing rush, our Executive Board also attended the Carlson Leadership Academy, where each officer gained valuable insights into their positions and had the opportunity to network with other SigEp chapters across the West Coast.

.In addition to leadership development, we introduced what is now an annual Beach Day tradition during MLK Weekend. This event gave brothers a chance to relax, bond, and strengthen our fraternity’s sense of camaraderie.
