Last week, two of our brothers Bishop Davis and Sam-Stein had the incredible honor of representing California Tau at the Ruck Leadership Institute, held at our founding college, the University of Richmond. With over 12,000 active SigEp brothers nationwide, only around 150 were selected this year to attend Ruck, an immersive 5-day leadership experience designed to challenge and empower our fraternity’s top leaders.

“The Ruck Leadership Institute was truly life changing. Words can’t capture the impact it’s already had on me. Our facilitators were the definition of role models, embodying SigEp’s values and teaching us how to lead with integrity, compassion, and strength. I made friendships I know will last a lifetime, and even now I miss the energy and wisdom of the group I was lucky to be part of.
